The American Postal Workers Union and the U.S. Postal Service have reached a tentative three-year Collective Bargaining Agreement, announced APWU President and Lead Negotiator Mark Dimondstein.
Please see the attached notification from the Postal Service. As you are aware, we had initiated a national dispute when the Postal Service informed the APWU they were going to unilaterally change the ELM to disallow union officials from taking LWOP for partisan political activities.
